INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef; browned and drained
1/3 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1 tb Minced onion; instant
1/4 c Black olives; chopped
1 ts Salt
1 ts Oregano
1 ds Pepper
6 oz Tomato paste
1 Loaf French bread
2 md Tomatoes; sliced
1 c Cheddar cheese; grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat broiler. Combine cooked ground beef, parmesan cheese, onion,
olives, salt, oregano, pepper and tomato paste in bowl; mix well. Split
french bread lengthwise. Spread half of meat mixture on cut side of each
bread half. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Transfer to broiler pan. Broil
for approximately 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
NOTES : I add the tomatoes AFTER broiling.
