INSTRUCTIONS
Soften yeast in warm water. Add hot water to oil, salt and sugar; cool to
lukewarm and add to yeast mixture. Add most of flour and beat until smooth.
Add remaining flour and knead about 2 minutes. Set in greased bowl,
covered, in a warm place to double in bulk, about 45 minutes. Punch dough
down, divide into 2 equal parts. Makes two 12-inch pizza crusts.
