INGREDIENTS

1 28 ounces ca plum tomatoes
1/2 c Olive oil
1 sm Onion; chopped (about 1/3 cup)
1 tb Chopped garlic
1 tb Fresh basil
1 ts Oregano
1 ts Salt
Black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Crush the tomatoes. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan and cook onions
until soft. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Add tomatoes, basil,
oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
Yield: 4 cups
