INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients and slowly add to sauce while whisking. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer over low heat for 1 to 3 hours, or until you like the taste. Makes about 6 pints or enough for roughly 20 servings. Freezes well. The only way to buy Angela Mia tomatoes is Sam's or a warehouse outlet and it comes in 100 ounce cans.
