INGREDIENTS

100 oz Angela Mia crushed tomatoes
Hunts
3 T Olive oil
1 c Good Red Wine
1 c Water
6 ds Tabasco
2 T Marjoram
3 1/2 T Oregano
1 1/2 T Fennel
3 1/2 T Basil
2 1/2 t Fresh ground black pepper
2 1/2 t Garlic powder
Salt to taste
6 pt Makes this many pints OR
enough for
12 Pizzas

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and slowly add to sauce while whisking. Bring
to boil, reduce heat, simmer over low heat for 1 to 3 hours, or until
you like the taste. Makes about 6 pints or enough for roughly 20
servings. Freezes well. The only way to buy Angela Mia tomatoes is
Sam's or a warehouse outlet and it comes in 100 ounce cans.  NOTES :
