Meats, Dairy Italian Beef:ground 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
1 md Green pepper; chopped
1 md Onion; chopped
11 1/8 oz Can condensed Italian tomato soup; undiluted
4 1/2 oz Jar sliced mushrooms; drained
2 c (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
32 oz Pkg frozen Tater Tots

INSTRUCTIONS

In a skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink;
drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in,
baking dish. Top with cheese and then the potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at
400F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 6-8 servings.
Note:  I just used regular 10-3/4 oz tomato soup
