INSTRUCTIONS
Cream shortening and sugar, then beat in well beaten egg. Add sifted dry
ingredients alternately with milk. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in

NOTES : Note: Recipe never said to use paper muffin cups. I think it would
be a good idea to use them.
