INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL
FOR THE TOPPING
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5/190 °C/375 °F.
Place the fruit in a deep ovenproof dish and add 1 tablespoon water.
Put the flour in a mixing bowl, add the margarine and rub it in with your
fingertips until the mixture resembles crumbs. Stir in the sugar, sprinkle
the crumble mixture over the top of the fruit and bake in the oven for
25-30 minutes.
Serve hot with yogurt or fromage frais.
