Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onions until
transluscent. Add garlic and hot sauce, cook about 1 minute. Add
remaining ingredient, exc..ept chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and
simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Place chicken on top of sauce, cover pan,
and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Serves 4.

I thought it was rather tasty, but John complained it wasn't spicy enough.
