Frozen turkey breast or hindquarter |

Chicken soup stock (see recipe) or canned chicken broth |
INSTRUCTIONS
These cuts of turkey are now available frozen year-round. We are silly
not to make better use of this wonderful meat.
Place the melted hindquarter or breast in enough Chicken Soup Stock (see
recipe, or use canned chicken broth) to cover and simmer, lid on, for about
40 minutes. Allow the meat to cool a bit in the broth and it's ready to
serve. Store the meat with the broth in the refrigerator.
