1/3 c Toasted hazelnuts or walnuts; chopped fine
2 tb Fresh mint; minced
2 tb Hazelnut; walnut, almond, or light olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Dry-roasted cumin seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Process cucumber and yogurt. Mix with other ingredients. Cover and
refrigerate at least 1 hr. Serve in chilled bowls, garnished with mint
leaves.
