INSTRUCTIONS
Drain beets or cook fresh ones and slice.drain pineapple, reserve juices.
Combine beet juice and pineapple juice in saucepan; cook over medium heat
to boiling.Mix cornstarch,sugar, vinegar,salt and pepper into a sooth
paste.Cook,stirring constantly, until thickened. Add beets and pineapple;
Mix. Add margarine; simmer for 20 minutes.Serve hot or cold. Yield: 8-10
servings Enjoy!!
