INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400F. Peel potatoes; cut in thin uniform-size round sliecs.
Mix thoroughly with salt & pepper & half melted butter. In cast iron
skillet, brushed with 1 tablespoon butter, place the sliced potatoes in
bottom tightly overlapping one another up to the top of the skillet. Pour
remaining butter on top. Cover; bake for 40 minutes. Invert on a serving
plate; slice like a pie.
NOTES : Per serving: about 416 cal, 6 g pro, 48g car, 23 g fat, 49% cal
from fat, 62 mg chol, 251 mg sod, 4 g fiber.
