INSTRUCTIONS
Cook apples, water, sugar and cinnamon together until very soft. Mash them
lightly with fork or potato masher, leaving some chunks of apples still in
it.
Place the biscuits in the bottom of a 13x9 inch cake pan to cover the
entire bottom surface of the pan. Spoon apple mixture over the biscuits,
covering completley.
Sprinkle with additional sugar and cinnamon, and dot with about 1/4 cup of
margarine, if desired.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes, or till the top is
starting to caramelize a bit.
This is great hot or cold. If your biscuits are really big, you can cut
them in half to fit better in the pan.
