INSTRUCTIONS
Brown together chuck and onion; drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, 2
tablespoons flour, Italian seasoning, dash of salt, Worcestershire sauce
and garlic powder. Simmer a few minutes, stirring occassionally. Spread in
a greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Sprinkle American and mozzarella cheese over
meat.
With mixer, beat together eggs, milk, oil, flour and salt until smooth.
Pour over cheese. Pringkle with Parmeasan cheese. Bake in 400 degree over
for 25 to 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cut and serve
