INSTRUCTIONS
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 35 min.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Press
spinach in bottom of casserole in an even layer. Place chicken on top.
Combine next 3 ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly over chicken. Cover
top with cheese. Sprinkle corn flakes crumbs over top, then parsley. Bake
35-40 minutes, uncovered.
