INSTRUCTIONS
PICK-A-FLOUR POPOVERS: Prepare Popovers as directed, EXCEPT reduce
all-purpose flour to 2/3 cup and add 1/3 cup whole sheat or rye flour or
1/4 cup Masa Harina Tortilla Flour.
LEMON-POPPY SEED POPOVERS: Prepare Popovers as directed, EXCEPT add 1 Tbsp
poppy seed and 1 1/2 tsp finely shredded lemon or orange peel with the
flour and salt.
SPICED POPOVERS: Prepare Popovers as directed, EXCEPT add 2 tsp brown
sugar, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, and 1/8 tsp ground
cloves with the flour and salt.
BUTERMILK POPOVERS: Prepare Popovers as directed, EXCEPT substitute 1 cup
buttermilk for the milk.
GARLIC 'N' CHIVE POPOVERS: Prepare Popovers as directed, EXCEPT add 1 Tbsp
snipped chives or parsley and 1/8 tsp garlic powder with the flour and
salt.
