INSTRUCTIONS
Mix sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar in mixing bowl. Heat 1-1/2 cups Wesson
oil and paprika. Cool to cold then add remaining Wesson oil. Beat as for
mayonnaise. Add poppy and celery seed and mix well. Store in refrigerator.
Use as needed.
