INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan or wok.
2. Fry the shallots or onions and pork over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes,
stirring occasionally.
3. Add the pepper and broccoli and cook for a further 2 minutes.
4. Stir in the mango, soy sauce and seasoning to taste. Heat through and
serve immediately with rice or noodles.
