INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Sausage
5 Sausage links with soy
protein concentrate
1/2 c Celery, chopped
1/2 c Onion, chopped
1/2 c Green pepper, chopped
1/2 c Raw rice
1 small chicken broth
2 T Soy oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown sausage; saut onion, celery and bell pepper in oil. Add rice and
