4 Pork chops
1 tb Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 Potatoes; peeled and sliced
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1/4 c Milk

Brown pork chops in butter about 5 minutes on each side.  Salt and pepper
each pork chop.  Lay sliced potatoes in greased 8 x 8 inch pan.  Mix cream
of chicken soup with milk. Pour this mixture over the potatoes. Place pork
chops on top of soup mixture.  Cover.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until
potatoes are done.
