Name: Pork Chops a la Bernie
Ingredients: 6 Pork chops; 1 md Onion; sliced; Salt & pepper; 3/4 c Catsup; 1 c Water; 2 tb Worcestershire sauce; 2 tb Vinegar; 2 tb Brown sugar; 1 ts Paprika; 1 ts Chili powder

Do men who know the beauty and glory of the Original, as it is delineated on the page of the gospel, when they see me, say, “There is the image of Christ!” Or do they look skeptically on, and after standing in silence for some time, profess they can see little or no resemblance? Oh, be satisfied with nothing short of a copy of Christ’s heart into yours!

INGREDIENTS

6		Pork chops
1	md	Onion; sliced
		Salt & pepper
3/4	c	Catsup
1	c	Water
2	tb	Worcestershire sauce
2	tb	Vinegar
2	tb	Brown sugar
1	ts	Paprika
1	ts	Chili powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Arrange chops in 13x9-inch baking dish. Salt & pepper to taste. Arrange
onion slices on tops of chops. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chops.
Cover with foil & bake at 325 for 1 hour. Uncover & cook an additional 20
minutes. (Sauce is good over rice or may be kept on hand for meat loaf,
chicken, spare ribs or stew meat.)
