1 | c | Water |
2 | T | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | T | Vinegar |
2 | T | Brown sugar |
1 | t | Paprika |
1 | t | Chili powder |
INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange chops in 13x9-inch baking dish. Salt & pepper to taste. Arrange onion slices on tops of chops. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover with foil & bake at 325 for 1 hour. Uncover & cook an additional 20 minutes. (Sauce is good over rice or may be kept on hand for meat loaf, chicken, spare ribs or stew meat.) MRS.
