INGREDIENTS

6 Pork chops
3 Unpeeled apples, cored
unsliced
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 t Cinnamon
2 T Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown chops in oil on both sides. Place apple slices in greased baking
dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter. Top with pork
