INGREDIENTS

6 Pork chops
4 Apples, unpeeled cored and
sliced
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 t Cinnamon
2 T Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown chops on both sides in hot fat. Place apple slices in greased
baking dish; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, dot with butter.
Add pork chops, cover; bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
