Taco seasoning; (35 g) |

Brown sugar |

Red pepper; thinly sliced |

Green pepper; thinly sliced |

Hot cooked rice |
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large non stick skillet over medium heat, lightly cook pork in oil
1-2 minutes (pork will still be pink inside)
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4-5 minutes to blend flavours.
3. Serve over hot cooked rice.
