INSTRUCTIONS
Coat cutlets well with lemon pepper. Heat butter to
sizzling in non-stick skillet. Brown cutlets quickly
on both sides. Place cutlets on sandwich buns, serve
with lemon wedges, tomato slices and other sandwich
fixins.
