INGREDIENTS

1 | c | Onion, chopped |
2 | Garlic, minced | |

1/2 | c | Beef broth, low sodium |
1 | t | Cornstarch |
2 | Granny Smith apples, cored | |

1 | Tomato, cut into wedges | |
4 | c | Egg noodles, cooked |
Parmesan cheese & parsley | ||

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the pork strips on a rack over a tray. With a vented cover, microwave on HIGH for 1 minute; set aside. In medium casserole, microwave oil on High 1 minute. Add pork, onion, garlic and paprika. With vented cover, microwave on Medium 5 minutes, stirring twice. In 1-cup measure, stir broth and cornstarch until dissolved. Add to casserole with apples, salt and red pepper. Cover and microwave on High 4 minutes, stir and add tomato. Cover and microwave on High 3 minutes longer, or until apples are tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
