1/2 c Port wine
1 tb Freshy thyme; chopped
3 tb Low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Hot sauce
1/4 ts Salt
1 Clove garlic; halved
1 Bay leaf

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate beef,
pork, or lamb. Yield: 3/4 cup.
