INSTRUCTIONS

Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 5 min.
Combine mushrooms and Italian dressing in a bowl. Cover and marinate 2
hours. Prepare grill or turn on broiler. Season mushrooms with salt and
pepper to taste. Grill or broil mushrooms about 1-1/2 minutes per side.
Spread 1 Tbs. pesto over cut side of rolls.
