Ingredients: 2 lg All-purpose potatoes,; cut into 1/8-inch slices; 1 tb Olive or peanut oil; Salt and freshly ground black pepper

We must not treat that knowledge simply as a source of delight. We must do something more. We must follow in the train of those who, knowing God, have proclaimed Him. Here is our task. Here is an additional delight. This knowledge, like all knowledge, is enjoyed best when it is shared. And this knowledge of God, like no other knowledge, will bring life and health to a sin-sick world. It is the glory of the Christian to tell out the glory of God. God made us for this. INGREDIENTS

2	lg	All-purpose potatoes,; cut into 1/8-inch slices
1	tb	Olive or peanut oil
		Salt and freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick
spray. Arrange 5 slices of potato in an overlapping flower design about 4
inches across. Top with 3 smaller slices. Continue making flowers until all
the potato slices have been used. Brush each potato flower with some of the
oil and lightly salt and pepper them to taste. Place the baking sheets in
the hot oven and bake until golden, 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6
