INGREDIENTS

2 c Potatoes, seasoned & mashed
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 tb Onion, finely chopped
1 tb Green pepper, chopped
2 tb Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except oil; mix well.  Shape into six patties.
Brown well in hot oil, about 4 minutes on each side. I use leftover mashed
potatoes myself. Randy Rigg
