INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | c | Cold mashed potatoes |
| 16 | oz | Powdered sugar |
| 1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
| 1 | c | Smooth peanut butter |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place potatoes in large mixing bowl. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time. Mix until it resembles pie crust. On a piece of waxed paper dusted with extra powdered sugar, roll into oblong shape to about 1/4 inch thickness. Spread with peanut butter, covering the entire dough.
