INSTRUCTIONS
Pell, wahs and slice potatoes and add onions nad enough water to just
cover. Cook covered for 15 minutes. Drain and reserve 1 1/2 cups of potato
water. Mash potatoes, add butter, water milk and salt. Heat very good.
If desired top each serving with a teaspoon of minced parsley or chopped
chives
