INGREDIENTS

4 Potato, Sliced 1/4" Thick
1 lb Chicken Breast Halves, Boned
And Skinned
1/4 c Barbecue Sauce, Honey Dijon
1 t Dried Tarragon

INSTRUCTIONS

While potatoes cook, in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray,  toss
and brown chicken over high heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes;  saute
and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add barbeque sauce  and
tarragon; toss until heated through.  Recipe by: The Potato Board
