INGREDIENTS

X Potatoes; cooked, peeled, And cut into 3/4 inch dice |

X Some salt |
|
|
X Lots of black pepper |
|
|
X Chopped parsley or green Coriander |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat some oil in a pan. When hot, put in the potatoes, salt, and pepper.
Keep frying them, stirring occasionally, until the outsides turn slightly
crusty. Add the parsley or coriander, stir briefly, and serve.
