INGREDIENTS
X Potatoes, cooked peeled | ||
And cut into 3/4 inch | ||
dice | ||
X Some salt | ||
X Lots of black pepper | ||
X Chopped parsley or green | ||
Coriander |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat some oil in a pan. When hot, put in the potatoes, salt, and pepper. Keep frying them, stirring occasionally, until the outsides turn slightly crusty.
