INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 | t | Active dry yeast |
2 1/4 | c | Bread flour |
3/4 | c | 7-grain cereal mix |
1/3 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 | T | Powdered buttermilk |
1 1/2 | T | Applesauce |
2 | T | Sugar |
2 | T | Molasses |
3/4 | t | Salt |
1 1/8 | c | Warm water |
1/2 | c | Sunflower seeds |
INSTRUCTIONS
All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature before starting. Add all the ingredients except the sunflower seeds to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press "Start".
