INSTRUCTIONS
Diabetic icing #1 for icing the cake . 1 envelope d-zerta whipped topping
mix, 1/2 cup cold water, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 4 tsp meringue powder.
Combine in a deep bowl and whip with electric mixer for 4 mins or until
fluffy. Makes 2 cups diabetic icing. #2 for decorating same as above, but
use 8 tsp meringue powder instead of 4 Sarah Fling
