INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle Creole seasoning on both sides of the chicken. Cook chicken in
butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes on each
side or until done. Remove chicken, reserving drippings in skillet. Place
chicken on a serving platter; ste aside and keep warm. Add maple syrup and
sugar to drippings in skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in pecans and cook 1
minute or until throughly heated. Spoon pecan mixture over chicken.
Chicken mixture can be served over rice. Makes 6 servings
