INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil and the butter until butter is melted Add garlic and cook
gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally
Stir in the prawns, cook gently until heated through. Season with salt and
pepper. Stir in the chopped chives then pour sauce over hot pasta
