INGREDIENTS

6 Teasp olive oil
2 Cloves garlic, finely
chopped
salt/pepper
3 oz Butter
8 oz Peeled prawns
6 Teasp chopped fresh chives

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil and the butter until butter is melted Add garlic and cook
gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally  Stir in the prawns, cook
gently until heated through. Season with  salt and pepper. Stir in the
chopped chives then pour sauce over hot  pasta  From the files of Al
