INSTRUCTIONS
LINE glasses with chopped lettuce leaves. Combine the remaining
ingredients, except the parsley and a few prawns reserved for garnish, and
chill well. Pile the mixture on top of lettuce leaves and garnish with a
sprig of parsley, a slice of lemon and a prawn.
