200 gram pac filo pastry |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
Place the drained and defrosted prawns into a mixing bowl with the cheese
and chopped chives. Add seasoning to taste.
Place the filo pastry on the work surface. Use 3 sheets of filo pastry
120cm x 120cm (5 inches x 5 inches) for one parcel. Brush each sheet with
melted butter and layer them on top of each other.
Divide the prawn and cheese mixture into four. Place the mixture onto the
filo squares, bring the filo pastry up around the filling so it resembles a
money bag. Brush each parcel with butter.
Place the parcels onto a greased tray and place the tray in the preheated
oven for 15-20 minutes.
Notes Serve with a warm asparagus salad.
