1 c Dried apricots
5 c Water
1/3 c Frozen unsweetened apple
juice concentrate
2 Sticks orange zest -or-
1/2 Orange sliced, quartered
1/2 Lemon
2 T Brandy, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

21:34:29 GMT Mix all ingredients in a 3-quart  glass casserole. Cover
and microwave on high for 15 minutes or until  prunes and apricots are
plumped and soft. Cover and refrigerate to  chill before serving.
