1/2 lb Prunes
2 t Lemon juice
Sugar to taste
Grated rind of 1 lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak prunes overnight.  Cook in water in which they were soaked until
tender.  Add sugar.  Drain well. Remove stones from prunes and cut
