INGREDIENTS
| 12 | c | Puffed wheat cereal |
| 2 | c | Brown sugar, packed |
| 1 | c | Corn syrup |
| 2 | tb | Butter |
| 1 | c | Evaporated milk |
| 1/3 | c | Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place cereal in a large bowl; set aside. In a heavy saucepan, bring brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Add butter. Combine evaporated milk and sugar; add to boiling mixture; add to a boiling mixture and continue cooking until a soft ball forms when liquid is dropped into cold water (240°F on a candy thermometer).
