1 c Brown rice flour
Or garbanzo bean flour, *

2 t Baking powder
2 t Honey
1 T Applesauce
1/3 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Drop by spoonfulls onto lightly
oiled or non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 325  degrees
