INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Add sugar, nutmeg & ginger.
Add oil, beaten eggs & pumpkin. Mix well & bake in a 13x9-inch pan for 20
minutes at 350. Combine topping ingredients & ice bars.
