INSTRUCTIONS
Combine in large bowl all dry ingredients. Combine pumpkin, oil and water.
Beat eggs and add to oil mixture. Make a well in flour mixture. Add oil
mixture and stir until well mixed. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf
pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Test with toothpick. Cool 10 minutes before
removing from pan. Cool on rack. Makes 2 loaves.
