INSTRUCTIONS
Tip: try roasting pumpkin prior to use in soups/mains for a stronger
sweeter taste - Jap Pumpkins ideal choice at the moment...
Saute diced pumpkin first, with some onions, until it just starts to cook
through. Put the pumpkin and onion aside. Cook up fettucine, then stir
through pumpkin, fetta and roasted tomatoes for an interesting and unusual
pasta dish.
